Chris Dennis a native of Akron, Ohio was known in his hometown for supporting and assisting young basketball players in their personal and athletic growth. LeBron James was one of many young people he supported in the early stages of his basketball development. Utilizing his expertise in sports marketing, he was known as a family confidant during LeBron’s high school years . It was actually Chris who had the foresight to register the domain name lebronjames.com for the James family during LeBron’s high school years to ensure ownership.
As LeBron began to ascend as an NBA star, Chris became the content manager for LebronJames.com.
Later Chris established, the James Family Foundation, where he was Executive Director. He was responsible for developing and implementing a Strategic Vision and focus for the foundation. Chris also managed the planning and administration of all financial and budgeting activities related to program operations.
Chris currently works sports industry as a consultant to corporations throughout the world.
