In progressive muscle relaxation, you work your way through the muscle groupings of your body, alternating contraction with relaxation. Contraction should last 10 seconds and be no more than 90% tightness. Remember to maintain relaxation in all other muscles except for those being contracted.

- Maintain an appropriate level of concentration
